Use of satellite services for the identification of fire damage

 

ASIG experts, in support of the National Civil Protection Agency (AKMC) in order to assess the damage caused by the natural disaster event from the fire that affected the area of Peshtan in Fier, during the month of July 2023, created the following thematic map.

Thanks to advanced technology and artificial intelligence, this map helps relevant experts to analyze and evaluate the area affected by the fire, burnt surfaces and damaged vegetation.
