On December 20, 2018, at Hotel Plaza in Tirana, the Second Interactive Forum of Innovators for Drought took place, organized by the “BRIGAID” program in collaboration with the National Agency for Territorial Planning (AKPT).
Specialists from the State Authority for Geospatial Information (ASIG) in the Geoinformation Standards sector also participated in this forum. Some of the key issues addressed at this forum were:
• General overview of the current challenges and expectations of the “BRIGAID” project.
• Presentation of four innovative themes:
a- “Low-cost meteorological stations”
b- “Polymerized concrete blocks”
c- “QoAir – Technological system for managing the heatwave in urban areas”
d- “Fire and erosion-resistant blankets”
